Later, Todd, Dorie's school bully, visits the shop looking for something to buy and buys one of Dorie's magic charms. Wanting to know why, Dorie flies off and finds out why Todd bought a charm and it turns out Todd is looking after a puppy at a locak construction site and wants his parents to let him take the puppy home. After some close calls, Dorie saves Todd and his dog Cookie from certain doom and Todd keeps the puppy!
